"Mostly fine, somehow"
The pizza showed up warm, which was nice, and the box was actually sturdy. One corner did get a little soggy, because apparently that’s just part of the experience, but it wasn’t a huge deal overall.

I ordered from Milano Pizzeria and had to ask about my nut allergy. The staff did respond and seemed like they were trying to be careful, which I appreciated, but it took a little while to get a clear answer. The food itself was fine, but I do wish the allergy info was easier to find online so I didn’t have to go back and forth, if that makes sense. Overall not a bad experience, just something they could improve.

I ordered from milanopizzeria.ca i was relieved the final bill matched exactly what I saw at checkout. The delivery fee and tax were shown upfront before I paid, which I appreciated. I’ve had situations before where I regretted not checking the total more carefully, so this was a nice change. The only small downside is that the receipt email could be a little clearer, but overall it was a straightforward experience

I ordered from milanopizzeria.ca last night kind of on impulse, like I saw pizza and immediately decided that was dinner. no regrets at all. The pizza showed up hot, the cheese tasted fresh, and the sauce had actual flavor without being overly sweet.

The crust was just right for me, not too thick, with a nice chewy bite. The toppings looked good quality too, not like they were just tossed on randomly. It just felt like a proper, satisfying pizza, and I’d definitely order from them again.

The food showed up after about 55 minutes, which wasn’t terrible, but it still felt slow for a weeknight. I kept thinking it would be there any minute, and then it just kept taking longer. The driver was nice, and the pizza was still warm, so that was good, but it definitely wasn’t hot. Not a horrible experience or anything, just slow, kind of too slow. I might order again, but I really hope they work on the delivery time

I called about my order because there was a small mix up, and the staff was really nice about it. They got it sorted out quickly and didn’t make me feel like I was being a hassle, which I always appreciate. I was actually calling while trying to make lunch, so I was already a little distracted, but they made the whole thing easy. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d be totally fine ordering again

Ordered from Milano Pizzeria recently and was happy with the options. I was looking for something that fit my diet, and they had a decent mix of veggie choices, which made it easy to find something that worked. Only thing I’d say is the dietary info could be a little clearer, just to make ordering less of a guessing game. Overall though, good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

Ordered from Milano Pizzeria the toppings tasted really fresh, the peppers and mushrooms especially were great. The cheese was solid too. I’m only blaming the crust a little because I wish it had been crispier, but overall I liked it and would definitely order again...

"Ordering Was Fine, But Checkout Dragged!!!"
Ordering was okay overall!!! I found what I needed without too much trouble, but the checkout felt slower than I expected!!! The updates were also a bit confusing at times, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on!!!
